It is not at all difficult to register a company in Romania, but you will have to prepare certain documents and notify various authorities regarding the beginning of the entrepreneurial activity.

Step 1. Select the company name, the form of ownership and the main object of activity CAEN
The first step on the way of opening a company is to choose the name (the denomination) for the company and to check if this name is available. After that, you will be able to reserve the name of the company at the Trade Register.

After that, it remains to decide the legal form of organization: for example, for microenterprises, you can limit yourself to the registration of PFA / II / SRL, and for small and medium enterprises, the registration of SRL or SA is the most suitable.
Step 2. Establishing the registered office for the company

Step 3. Collecting the necessary documents for the opening of a company
Only a few formalities remain.
For the company, you will have to open a bank account in which the share capital of the company will be deposited and to take a bank statement to be submitted at the Trade Register.
Before submitting information at the Trade Register, you will have to draw up the ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION which describes the activity of the company; for this, consult step 1.
In addition, you will have to collect all the information about the founders of the company and to provide their identity cards, as well as written statements from all the partners-co-founders, in which they confirm the fulfillment of the legal conditions of the roles in the newly established company.
